3 letter ENS domains are incredibly expensive to pay for. But they are also very limited with about 17,000 possible combinations, 3 letter ENS names are the most prime estate which is why the annual fee is so expensive. However at $640, my personal opinion is that they are cheap and could be worth the most in the short term (next two years).
Given that the premium renewal jumped for $2000 to $100,000, we could even have a upward price revision of 3 characters .eth domains. The same reasoning applies as the ENS DAO wishes to prevent squatting so they increased the price. If this happens, be sure to buy extended multiple years for 3 letter ENS instead of renewing year by year.

- 4 character .eth names: $160 in ETH per year. (Buy 2 years)
- 5+ character .eth names: $5 in ETH per year. (Buy 10 years)
However I have not so good news for you. 3 Letter ENS Domains have mostly been bought. Because there are 17,000+ combinations, I will be searching for more high value combinations first.
The first is 400+ Common Three Letter Words. Commons words are of couse going to be more likley to be valuable. Howver bad news, they are ALL Taken. 😞😞😞
